This Privacy Policy describes how Pringle Group ("PG", "we", "our") handles information in connection with the Pringle Command Center, an internal leadership dashboard hosted at pg-dash.netlify.app. The dashboard is a single-tenant, internal application used exclusively by authorized Pringle Group leadership.
Access to the dashboard is restricted to a small number (fewer than 10) of Pringle Group leadership personnel who have been provided the dashboard password by the Owner. The dashboard is not offered to or used by members of the general public, customers, or any third-party consumers. There are no end-user accounts, sign-ups, or self-service registration.
The dashboard processes the following categories of information:
| Category | Source | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Pringle Group's own corporate bank account data — account balances, transaction history, credit and loan balances, and account-owner metadata | Plaid API (read-only) | Display PG's live financial position to authorized leadership |
| Pringle Group operational data — jobs, projects, time entries, invoices, payments, client account names | JobTread Pave API (read-only) | Display operational and billing context to authorized leadership |
| Authentication state — a session token tied to the dashboard's shared password | The user's browser (localStorage) and our authentication function | Gate access to the dashboard |
| Standard web server logs — IP address, request URL, user agent, timestamp | Netlify (our hosting provider) | Operate the service, troubleshoot errors, and protect against abuse |
The dashboard does not collect, store, or process personal data of consumers, customers, or any third party other than the limited operational data described above.
The dashboard depends on the following third-party providers. Each operates under its own privacy policy, linked below:
Cached financial and operational data is rebuilt daily by a scheduled job and is not retained beyond the current working set. Authentication tokens persist in the user's browser until the user signs out or clears their browser storage. Netlify and GitHub retain operational logs in accordance with their own retention policies. Source code change history is retained in the private GitHub repository.
The dashboard does not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. The only client-side storage it uses is a single value in localStorage that holds the user's authentication token for the current session.
Pringle Group does not sell, rent, or share the data processed by the dashboard with any third party. The only routine data flows are between the dashboard and the third-party services listed in Section 4, each of which is necessary to operate the dashboard. Pringle Group may disclose information if required to do so by law or to protect its rights or the safety of others.
The dashboard is not directed to, and is not used by, children. Pringle Group does not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.
Because the dashboard is an internal Pringle Group tool that does not collect personal data from members of the public, this policy is principally informational. Pringle Group personnel who use the dashboard may at any time request that their authentication token be invalidated and their access removed; such requests should be directed to the contact below. If you believe Pringle Group holds information about you that you would like to access, correct, or have deleted, please contact us.
We may update this policy from time to time. The version number and effective date above will be revised when material changes are made. Changes will be published at this URL.
