Submission status
"Submitted" = the inspector turned in their invoice packet for this period (we then process it in JT/QB). Nudge sends a reminder by email + text; the last nudge time is tracked so you don't double-chase.
Roster
Review and edit every inspector in one place. Cert & license come from the DSA Tracker; the rest is their portal profile — edit inline and save.
Grey cert/license come from the DSA Tracker. When a name doesn't match ("no match"), the cert box is editable — type it in and it's saved as an office override. Edits auto-save when you click out of a field; use "Expand" for address & notes. The bar at the bottom saves anything still pending.

Active Projects
The active projects you're on (your open JobTread jobs). "No time this period" just means you haven't logged time on it yet for this period.
If a project you're working isn't listed, ask the office to add you to it in JobTread. A finished project drops off automatically once the office closes it. Past schedule = the JobTread end date has passed — flag an extension, or the office should close it. Budget = regular-time inspector hours (Class 1/2/3) contracted in JobTread; "used" is all logged time on the job.
